Yeah, it was 20 seconds before. Refresh your page, I just changed it to 3 seconds flood protect, and updating the feed every 5 seconds.

lol maybe. I am working on a "contact administrator" feature which will allow people who are having trouble registering to utilize the Help Bot account to post their problems and help me filter out all the accounts awaiting activation
