ah imo it doesn't matter TAHT MUCH only if this map would be good enough to become a public map which i would really look forward too, peeps would enjoy to play another map once in a while but then spaming would be a problem, I say it depends wether there are small choke points as in hoth obj 5(spawn door) but as time showed

Mines are way too spammable, and sometimes makes maps like Korriban just downright unfun with them. In my opinion, shields maybe depending on how much it blocks an objectives (as Jakab said) and no mines. Cargo does fine without mines, and it makes the map a lot more skillful.
Now that's the tastiest crunch I ever hoid.
