Hello everyone.

Due to recent events, I have decided to update JKAsiege's terms of service.

A nub is In Ur Forum has threatened legal action if he is not erased from this website (contributions, posts, etc). So over the next few weeks you will notice Nub's posts being removed from JKAsiege. Though I'm pretty sure most people won't miss them anyways.

As far as the changes to the TOS go, long story short, you won't be able to sue me or anyone else in JKAsiege management over your posts or any kind of admin changes or things like that.

To see the new TOS, just click "register." The new part I have added is the last paragraph, which basically means I can leave your posts up or republish them even long after you have ragequit from siege because laser called a vote to ban you and hurt your feelings

Also, I am currently planning to ban Nub from the website and servers, so he doesn't have to worry about creating new content that he may want to revoke/threaten legal action over later. If anyone has any qualms or objections to this, speak now, or forever hold your peace. I figured it wasn't right for me to rageban unless I received the blessing of the vast majority of the community

He will be remembered more now as someone who REALLY rage quit, the biggest ragequit ever apparently, more so than if he had have just left his posts.

Also, not sure if he still goes to Tempest Laser, haven't been monitoring the server logs that much lately.

as much as i think that some of nubby's actions of late are overreactions, i think banning him from stuffs is equally so. i may be in the minority, but i think cooler heads should prevail.

Keep stuff unbanned as of now, but if he starts messin with shit, instaban him.
