WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE IN SIEGE
for newbies (I'm planning to recruit people from tempest) and olders.

Seriously, at what time do these Tempest Pubs happen GMT? I don't ever find people on Tempest.

According to the logs almost daily...not at the same time every day though.
