See if you can make her spin the other way. I promise you the image doesn't change.

I was able to make it go the opposite direction by unfocusing my gaze, but not by just thinking about it. It went clockwise for me normally.

I had to focus on the bottom foot and will myself into thinking it was going the other way, then I saw it

First Impression : Spining clockwise
After watching the reflex at the bottom : Anti-clockwise
After watching for a moment the head, then turning to see anything else but that thing, then watching it again : Clockwise

Normally I'm right handed so I should yews left side of brain.
Firstly on this pic I saw her turning clockwise (so apparently I'm using right brain) but I'm also able to turn that chick

cant even see her face, so cant tell if shes hot

ouch this made my brain hurt. i only saw her moving clockwise. I need a cup of ocffee now.
