JKAsiege

Well i made this post beacuse i wanna know why the server is practivally empty of Jka Siege Members :/
Whit hope i saw Ramshi and Colones twice on the week. I dont know how is te horary when all of you play on tempest or Impulse, but if anyone can tell me when the server is whit at least... 4 or 6 members of the forum will be great.

Someone can question to himself ¿Why this newbie is writin such kind of things? Well, im passed a while reading old post of old glories on tempest and teacup, things what i dont saw or heared before. Like this ones:

- ¿ A Smart sistem of atacking and Defend bots ? i coul never imagine that... They re jumping at the hole gameplay.
- Fully tempest server (whitout bots) Long time whitout saw that but i did.
- Tournaments whit another clans (That's goddam awesome!)
- A lot of people Speaking about how to improve the Server and such similar things...

And more stuff what i cant remember now.

I like very much The Siege, i can say its the most exiting Gameplay on JKA what i play... More than CTF or FFa
I know there is a lot of people here who wants to made the Siege Revival and if i can affort on something, please tell me. Am not so useless to made something important to make the siege come back to the jka.

I'm excuse if any commentary here is off pointed or Impolite. But i wanted to tell my opinion and what i want to do to revive the Siege as must be.

I must follow my estudies of English.

Anyway Guard did once trial an OJP like server with 'smart bots'. Go to Kurgan's Meatgrinder server if you want to see what it should look like.

Well its pretty amazing, Why Guardian didn follow that proyect?

Dunno, I think its cause it meant taking away pistols, melee and stun batons. Besides, little kids can be stupid/ignorant and greedy and end up hating the bots for taking away their objective points.....

Well, siege is dying. Slowly but surely less and less of us play. Occasionally get an influx of people, but not too commonly. You have xfire? Usually how word goes out that there's people on.

Yes, mi Xfire is sarlacclord. And i really want to do and effort to try tho revival the siegue....
I saw people playing in the CTF servers, they also i see them going to the siege server but they leave beacuse they dont know how to play :/
If we can convince or try to train them in the arts of siege
there can be, a potencial new players MiKE.

I'll add you on xfire, I'm always online and willing to hop on and try to get people to join.

I would second the movement to remove the bots, or at least cut down on them. For the longest time we only had the "www.jkasiege.com" bot and had a nice, stable population of regulars. Once we added the 8 or so bots that are online now, people stopped coming. This may be coincidence, of course.

I was going to make video tutorials but I can't do so with 450 ping...
