zomb_atrium (L4D2 map)

This map is based on the L4D2 map called Atrium (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LrzQXC7hQ78) but it's set on an atirum on Theed and the Death Trooper (Zombie) infection is there.

Sorry the screenie is so dark. Should be released in a few days along side some Zombie gameplay tweaks on ESM Zombieland Classic that I'm thinking about. Hopefully it'll revitalize things a bit.

I'm thinking about adding a difficult to get to objective for the survs that will allow them to end the round by achieving this objective. That way you could play 'standard' Zombies or try to end the match if you so desire. No solid details yet... still sketching ideas out.

I think I remember this one. Is this the one where you have to collect gas cans to fill up the car with?

yessir, that one. seemed like a decent setting for a jka zombies map.

Damn...looks awesome. Now that I know at least part of what goes into mapping, I can appreciate this even more. Great work.

yeah, the kr3J tends to make the nicest looking maps

thanks for the props broz. here's another screenie after another lighting pass. don't want it to be too bright of course, but the main areas are pretty well lit while the camping areas will remain with deep shadows.

There should be little light.....flickering lights....and you should be able to shoot lights out. :)

enh, don't believe the hype. as much as i enjoy the ego boost, there's nothing that i do that any other n00b couldn't do. i think my stuff gets a little attention now and then just cuz i'm one of a dwindling number of remaining siege mapperz.

to answer your question though, my first map was h3hsiege and i think that was released in '05 or '06.
