I actually do think it's C, but I could be missing something.
Not had to do real math in years.
5 may just go into 15 five times nowadays....with inflation and such.

Multiply the first fraction by 1 in the form of a/a and the second one by 1 in the form of b/b and you get
3a^2/abc + 2b^2/abc or 3a^2 + 2b^2/abc
The answer is B.
