I was able to make it go the opposite direction by unfocusing my gaze, but not by just thinking about it. It went clockwise for me normally.

I had to focus on the bottom foot and will myself into thinking it was going the other way, then I saw it

After watching for a moment the head, then turning to see anything else but that thing, then watching it again : Clockwise
