Twitter facilitated the transfer of some of the information out of Iran. But that was not Twitter's explicit intent, nor the reason it was originally created. They might as well give a prize to whoever invented text boxes, since the text boxes the Iranians typed their information into were instrumental the transmission of the information. Or maybe they should give a prize to the guy who invented the "submit" button, since he helped the cause too. What a load of shit.

I thought giving Al Gore the nobel peace prize for "Global Warming" was stupid.
He wasn't the first person to think of the concept.
I personally think that it's a false concept, or at the very least something that is blown completely out of proportion and won't happen for a long, long time.
There is tons of evidence against it. (Earth is cooling btw.)
