All you should have to do is put the following file in the root directory of the site:
http://adminunity.com/favicon.ico
(I tried to upload it as an attachment, but it wouldn't accept it as a .ICO and then I renamed it to .JPG and it said it couldn't determine the dimensions of the image. :/)
