That's because people who read think they're better than people who watch movies, prejudice bastards.
But in all honesty, it's because they walk into the theater expecting something. And, 9 out of 10 times, it's not
exactly what they expected. It has nothing to do with the quality of the movies, it's more or less the quality of the viewer.
But in this case, yes, the movie was ass. I really liked how the trailers were all focused on that hairy guy trying to eat that girl, and it made it seem like a fairly badass action movie, and then you watch it and ir ends up not even taking 15 minutes.
