It helps when different players have crew skills that complement that of other players.
Right now, I have my main character gathering Bioanalysis and Scavenging, and crafting with Armstech. Then, I send my Bio stuff to my other character, who can then make beast health packs with Biomedical, and who can also yews Investigation to get materials for my other char's Armstech, which can then be sent back to my main character when completed.
This could easily be done with 2 different players (rather than me switching back and forth on the same account).
