I actually like D3's gameplay a lot. I consider myself a casual gamer and D3, for me, is a lot of fun. Now I couldn't care less about the story, I just skip through it. I enjoy the gameplay and I like that I can jump into my friends' games.

This. Maybe not in games in general, but in an RPG I think it's an integral aspect of the game.

Metal Gear Solid, Uncharted, DarkForces/reborn boss Knight, Zelda, Crimson Skies, Red Dead Redemption, LA Noire, Heavy Rain.. almost all of my favorite games are my favorite because they're ultra story-heavy.

Maybe 7/10ths is a little heavy of a grade for story, but I'd still say that my ideal game grading system is 50% story, 35% gameplay, and 15% graphics.

D2 was that freakin' Ol' Dude who has nothing better to do than following a hooded demon to Hell itself.
I rather stay with this girl's story. It's most intriguing...

d3s story is absolutely awful and paper thin. the dialogue is garbage.

d2s story wasn't impressive by any means, but it was at least bearable. d3's literally made me yell in outrage of how bad it was.

I dunno. I bought D3 solely for the game play and to play with my rl buddies. There are some games where I buy for solely the story. So fuck u magyk.

The quest system was okay, but again poorly tested. I got 3 characters to 60 in 3 days without even playing all day because of the multiple exploits in the system.

The game was incomplete. I don't play games casually and I found the servers to be insultingly poor quality and the end game already easy, with it being nerfed I had no reason nor desire to play.

Sold my gear for 176$ and called it a day.
