Spec-joining to avoid a spawn timer is somewhat annoying when someone on the other team is doing so. Spec-joining to avoid the rancor I can understand, as I can understand joining spec to go afk. I remember seeing a message that you can't join a new team more than once every five seconds; if that's adjustable, maybe it can be moved up to 30 seconds?
