The fact of the matter is, the burden of proof is not on me, it is on you. You need to find a way to convince me without a shadow of a doubt that you are not BreZer/Thief. I proposed to you a potential solution, but if you don't like it, then you need to find another way.

Personally, I do not believe you are innocent. Why?

1. Your name. You came already prepared to "negotiate."
2. You say you are new, yet you are smart enough to figure out to come to this website to argue your ban. This inconsistency leads me to believe you didn't think your story through properly
3. You haven't actually made any attempt to prove you are innocent. You just keep telling us "maybe we banned the wrong person, because you know you are right"

Most of the people on this website are far more experienced than you are in the online world, and understand how easy it is to pretend to be someone else entirely.

Anyways, how about this. You give me a date (any date) where you know for a FACT you were connected to Tempest and playing the game (before the ban). I'll check the logs, and if you have the same IP that you do now at this very moment, then I'll believe you are who you say you are. If you were BreZer/Thief, you would have attempted to change your IP after discovering your most recent ban

I do understand your point but
1. My name is supposed to be funny because JA is definately not the game where you can negotiate, you just kill everyone and that's it (you may have heared better jokes but still...). My other name is I'm here to parley for the same reason, hofical and Johnny Kisch do not have anything to do with that.
2. I came here because my mate Krynn told me so, i'm in constant contact with him about this issue, he helped me write the letter you suggested and then i forwarded the companys answer to the e-mail adress you gave me (hope you've seen it already).
3. I haven't made any attempt because i do not know what to do, this is my first ban and like i said already I don't know much about the internet...I also know that it mustn't be hard to pretend to be someone else but this is not what i'm doing.

Thanks for this option, I'll try to check my skype calls with Krynn or Remy maybe i can find one where we played JA but it's not easy to find, cause we more frequently play LOTR BFME and we didn't chat much...anyway, I'll send you if I can get sthg out of it.

I talked to Krynn and he had the following idea:
He told me that IP adresses belonging to CPUs close in geographical distance can be similar to each other. Berzer/thief's IP adress therefore may differ from mine in like 1 or 2 digit ( I think he is hungarian because, like you told me some days ago, we have the same internet provider, UPC Hungary Ltd., maybe he is also from Budapest )
Krynn suggested that maybe you banned the wrong IP adress because it was so similar to the one you wanted to ban...is this possible?

Despite of theese things i'm still trying to find an exact date with no success yet, hope i can get one soon.

Now i have dates, I checked my MSN log, seems like i played JA on 02.28 and on 05.12. problem is, it is not sure that i played on siege maps then, i rearly play on anything else though...nvm it worths a try if I weren't up on these dates I'll continue searching...
