One thing to add overall:

Don't give the defense one person to focus on a regular spawn. What I mean when I say that is:

Have there be more than only one dude who is a CC killing class on last objective.

Have more than one reborn boss crossing the ravine to get bridge if you mess up the rush.

etc

If the defense needs only to focus on one person to gain themselves another spawn, that's exactly what they are gonna do every time. I can't tell you how many times I see this happen these days.
