I just use classbinds unless it's a map that I have none for.

Old version of esm that I was using doesn't let you pick map to use, it just didn't work on any custom maps. That's why I needed to type /kill into the console.

You do know that after you type it once, hit the up arrow, and it automatically goes to the previous input command, right? This function also stacks, so if I do /serverstaus then /kill, and I hit up once, it goes to /kill, I hit up again, and it goes to /serverstaus. Down arrow works in much the same way, except in reverse direction.

Yes, I only did it once at an objective completion. The rest of the time I was getting killed in time for the spawn.
