fps down on every spawn

So WTF? That happened only on aD today. I have played on Tempest and everything was ok yesterday/today. On every spawn my fps goes down to 4-8 and after 3-5 secs goes back to 125 and less. ALso lag comes near people in times. And lagometer is what I have never seen before

yep yo told me to change it to 0 and that helped :D ty anyway
