Would you mind reading my post again? I did mention 1-2h of sleep every day, and that's sleeping 3 or 4 times a day for 30-40 mins which is pretty lame, don't you agree? ( and not to mention, that my top record there with sleeping was 2h, which I didn't achieve every day )
As for laser's mention of psychology, whose post I won't quote now, because i cba to, psychology is NOT a science with a real method and object of study*, and you can find that written between the lines in almost every available book on psychology. That being said, I can only make a conclusion that:
