Actually the White house wasn't really burned down by Canadians, we invaded (at the time) the English capital that was in Canada, and the big bad Brit's came from over seas to get us, no canucks

ps. bet you also didn't know that the one building the brits left standing was that of the U.S. Marines, since they fought so VALIANTLY (omfg), it was a British sign of respect for their valor. I don't remember the details, but I think the anecdote pertained to the buildings in D.C. Not gonna google this one
