Tempban and leaver tracker functionality. Opinions?

Pretty straightforward. A ban which lifts itself after x days.

Leaver tracker would simply be a command which prints the alias and IP of everybody who's left during the current round, so you can tempban that person even after they've left without having to dig through logs.

Things that would merit a tempban?
Mex spamming. I'm not talking throwing a few mines into the codes bunker//infirmary lift when you just spawn and don't have time to change weapons, or even o demo spamming the jan out of the bunker on the first obj; I am talking deliberate mex style spamming. Standing at the top of the lift for 10+ seconds, waiting to see someone, then throwing down 5-20 mines and sking so you can do it again. (Tensor-style spamming mines to blow up mines and push people back doesn't count either. Also, spamming on Korri against 4 protect spamming th training jans doesn't count either, fuck you all.)

Leaving mid-pug. This is the major one which is prompting me to consider making this. If you can't stay for a full 40 (or 60 for Korri) minutes, then get the fuck off Impulse. If your team is stacked and you have no way to win, fucking deal with it or disconnect before the restart. If you stay for the RS, you're agreeing to play and stick through with the pug. And if you break an agreement with me, fuck you, I want you banned.

Turkeying it. Standing in spawn rage-chatting kills pugs, simply put. Shut up and play the game, ignore that faggot shit talking you.

I am probably not the only person who sometimes genuinely has to leave at random, unpredictable times.
