as much as i think that some of nubby's actions of late are overreactions, i think banning him from stuffs is equally so. i may be in the minority, but i think cooler heads should prevail.

Absolutely. Don't want a law suit. And I agree with Surv reborn boss having jump. As I've said all along, I vote for a tweaked version of your classes.

PS: Can anyone recap what "recent events" made him freak his shit? Did it happen in-game? Or was it during that week I was missing due to surgery?

I got the short version from dude's on vent the other day. Basically laser started a poll about something like "Who hates anub?" and that pushed him over the edge.

I'll just put my two cents in and say that I don't really think a server-wide ban is really in order.

I mean, the dude never played anyway.

I'll admit the guy got on my nerves just a tad from time to time, but he was a very positive asset to this community.

And, in the midst of this whole zensiege thing going on, I dunno why we would exclude someone who has never really done anything wrong....at least he hasn't done anything any worse than some others here.

(BTW, nub...if you read this...I would have said this man-to-man if you really wanted to talk...instead of simply trying to circumvent Guard.)

He actually came on vent the other day and was pretty cool....followed by JKB, jawa, kera, and tons of other dudes who I've not seen on the rS vent regularly.

He does still have total control over the vent server and I don't think I really need to remove it.

I still respect the dude for his contributions and I'm honestly sad they and he are gone....and sad that I thought I knew him better.

That being said, I still have to acknowledge the fact that he does indeed own the rights to his code and he has the freedom to do whatever he damn well wishes with it.

Wanting all of his posts deleted was something that really bugged me and I understand why Guard is very upset....

However you look at it, dudes, this is another major mistake in siege history....and there's NO ONE PERSON who can be blamed for it.
