i guess there is no choice of this because the loosing team may have +1 memeber and if they want to... the winner team sucks, but i always wanted to say to enable warmup, and make it 1 or 2 mins

Enable warm up would be the way to go.. I don't think you can enable voting for any particular thing, which means ALL voting would be enabled.. and then you would see jackasses vote for FFA, or votekick people at random.

I would like to point out though that if a random pubber registered on our forums just to tell us to do something about the lack of restarts, we should probably do something about it.

This. Also, I love the people who complain about restarts.

I hate noobs who want a restart on the second round of a map. Seriously, you don't even need binds to change your class. Just have your mouse hovering on the new team and new class, and the moment you see those number thingos/team thingos switch, press Okay.

Edit: hate's too strong a word. maybe dislike or 'wow, rolls eyes'

Meh, I always restart at the second round because I'm usually too busy chatting with people at the intermission to change class.

btw there are some possibilities to optimize the vote system like:
//----------Vote management---------
seta jp_onlyVotingClients 1
seta jp_votesDisable 3056 <<<<<<----------------- This is the one with you can enable what you want to enable (on filesfront there is a calculator for this numbers if i remeber well)
seta jp_voteTimer 10
seta jp_startMapVoteTimer 60

Votes get abused way too easily. And spammed way too easily too.
GUARD!AN

–noun
1. guarding; protecting: a guardian deity.
2. a violent, tropical, cyclonic storm of the western North Atlantic, having wind
speeds of or in excess of 72 mph (32 m/sec).

the universe.
4. a terrifying dream in which the dreamer experiences feelings of helplessness,
