Yes, they sell those and people buy them for ridiculous prices. Recently I sold my tf2 backpack for 150 dollars paypal to some people who want more hats ^_^.

I've grown to hate Steam. So, so much.

I hate digital copies to begin with.
I hate that it's required for some hard copies. (ie; Skyrim)

And I hate their fucking deals.

They're so irresistible, I can't not throw money at my computer screen.
