I'm pretty sure I made it some insulting phrase about vegans or some shit. For the last couple of years generally the passwords have been highly offensive to someone or another, as I tend to take suggestions from a very politically incorrect friend of mine.
I think at one point I took a suggestion and made the council password something like "roofietheslutbeforeyourapeher" or something, lol.
