Since forever. It is complicated I still don't know hald of its objectives, this wouldn't be a problem I just said it.
I started hating it, when I started making maps, I always got raged on about low ceilings, too much choke points, small doors, spammy classes etc etc. I usually got raged on by people who loves cargo, and I was like what the fuck, cargo is literraly full of all of my map's designer faults (maybe except uwb 1.0's turret paradise, which is still only a Xeon map thing, which btw has long been patched). So I started hating the map and haven't stopped doing it since then.
