It's not advisable to yews serverside patches at this point as it will fuck with autoDL. However, Alpha has coded a nice framework for serverside patches that we will have available soon. At that point, the edition everyone is using should go in the server /base/maps/mapname.bsp and the patched version should go in the server /base/maps/mapname.bsp.patched.
