From now on, here is how admin is to be distributed.
I select a few people whom I feel deserve admin. This initial list will be posted once I have finalized it.
In order for new people to obtain admin, they must have a current admin "vouch" for them. So they post here in this thread, saying who they vouched for and why. Only once the sponsoring admin has posted in this thread can he give the pass to the new admin.
For those of you who have trouble with english, basically you need to find a current admin to say in this thread you won't abuse, and then he can give you admin.
Now, here's the catch.
If any of the new admins who are sponsored are found abusing admin, then not only will they lose admin, but THE ADMIN WHO SPONSORED THEM WILL LOSE IT TOO.
Anyone found using admin who is not sponsored or was given it directly by me will be banned from both Tempest and Impulse instantly.
And obviously, if any of the admins on my initial list are found abusing, they will be stripped of admin as well. If it is one of the people from the list below, they will be reevaluated and I will decide personally whether or not to give them admin again.
If you are not on the initial list below, you will never be eligible for admin ever again if you lose it. And as such, if someone has already lost admin, do not attempt to sponsor them again. Attempts to do so will result in loss of admin for both parties.
The initial list of knight admins is as follows:

If you are not on the list, you must ask one of the people above or another current admin to post in this thread and sponsor you.
To all my council admins, you can just speak with me directly if you feel anyone deserves to have admin. Council admins are not subject to any of these rules or consequences.
