This is dumb. Rcon shouldn't be a popularity contest, give it to the people who will be most likely present (and not apparently likely to abuse).

Either Jawa or Jakab are in about 90% of all pugs. So give it to both of them.

The problem with Laser, Yo, and most of the other euros I can think of off-hand, is they don't really have the maturity level needed for rcon..

wow anubis, wtf, im older than u and already had rcon of cp server (up for half year), and impulse for a while, laser already had rcon of kor server, i know its nothing personal, but u r wrong, sad to hear that.

anyways, its american server, i didnt rly expect to get rcon being euro, so, i vote for jawa

I'm probably one of the more mature siegers, even being 16. I've never actually ragequitted from a pug, and I was given highest level of admin on RCB's original server and then rcon on the last. You have seen me in pugs like twice at best, so you really wouldn't know me at all, and it probably comes down to spite/prejudgements against Europeans.

The only trouble I've ever been in was when I was banned from Tempest and I came forward straight away, in fact I was the first to do so. If I make a mistake I'm honest about it, so don't go on at me about being immature.

Jawa and Jakab aren't in 90% of pugs, most pugs are solely European with the odd turkey, duo, jawa, jakab or archi.

I join in, but it seems 99% of pugs are when I'm asleep/working. I'd like to try to start from peoples on impulse, but there usually ain't enough that have the pass. Also, usually ain't enough in general =(
