Here's what I was thinking:
I took the four lists that were taken so far, and assigned each rank a points value, 1st=1, 2nd=2, 3rd=3, etc.
Then I went through every list and got each player's points value and added them together, ie: Tensor was first on all four lists, and thus got four points.
I did this for every player across all four lists. If a player was missing from any list I took their 1/2/3 scores they
did have, and found the average and added it to take the place of the missing rankings.
The lower your points number, the higher your rank. Tiers were added purely for style points, and because 37 players was easily divisible.

Obviously the more rankings/opinions we have the bigger the sample size. And the bigger the sample size
the more accurate the rankings.I'm
really excited about putting together a universal siege ranking. I think it's an awesome idea to inject some life into this community.
comments/critiques/suggestions welcome.
Edit: And a perfect example of why this is awesome: I'm already super poised to get back in the game as soon as my collar bone heals, and to try to learn and gain the skill to move up those two spots to get from the Decent Tier to the Good Tier. If people are motivated to keep moving up, they'll get better. And like I said before, more skillful players = better pugs.
