Yes, but that defeats the purpose of getting a look-alike MP44 :P

If I want to shoot something in the meantime, I've got 8 rifles and 13 handguns. Then there's my dad's guns.

Most I've ever done was shoot air rifles in JROTC. Really been wanting to get into guns, but not sure where to start... I mean, after all, I do live in a place with a dedicated hunting season...

Well turk you start with the question, "what do i want out of my firearms" and go from there, the gun i posted can be used for hunting, sport, (and for some who dont mind blowing holes in their walls and possibly killing a neighbor or their own family) home defense.

Start with a .22. They're cheap, ammo's cheap, and if you turn out to be a sound pussy, they're not that loud.

Then there's action style - bolt, pump, lever, semi-auto, and a few break-open. Bolt action's the classic sniper style. Lever is a cowboy gun (lots 'o fun IMO). Break-open and pump action make you feel like you're using a shotgun. Finally, there are semi-auto replications of most modern military guns. Plus if you fan the trigger, you can imagine you've got a full-auto :P
