So then my guess was wrong :S Well kyle is not a vaild character in siege, so it doesn't even appear on team list, (I am not sure but sometimes they don't even appear on the serverstatus list). While the man with kyle doesn't attack you cannot be sure which side on that's the reason i kick them off. btw it doesn't matter what you see, it's always a reborn boss class, and doesn't even matter, if it looks like it has 2 saber if the vail class has one, the kyle character will move like that.

I will try to figure it out how it works, to avoid it (this has happened to me 2 times, I will look up my screen galery, so I may can figure something out)

It's a connection problem. At least that's my guess....
You are there in the game, and ppl see you, but they cant hurt you, nor can you hurt 'em. Though when it happened to me I saw myself as a common siege character. It's a rlly strange bug....
EDIT: also remember ppl going crazy like "WHO THY FUCK IS THAT NAMELESS reborn boss!?"
